WSST-DT 51 is a full service independent broadcast station operating from Cordele, Georgia, in the Albany Market area. The station is an affiliate of CNN Newsource. WSST-DT 51 is seen on DIRECTV 55 and the DISH NETWORK 51. We are on more than 42 different cable channels on 5 different cable companies as well as over the air. We are the only full service television station on the I-75 corridor between Macon and Albany.
Our station prides itself in having family programming with many syndicated programs as well as local community event programming. We have three live news casts daily with local, national, and world news. We cover over 20 high school football games a year and we have been home to the Atlanta Falcons pre-season schedule. WSST-DT 51 responds to the special needs of the minority community by providing Sunday morning news, music and religion.
